Feel free to walk on the straw ground cover, which is helping to secure the grass seeds in place.

OUTDOORS - Out of respect for our community, we ask guests to respect the peace and privacy of local residents. - Fire chimenea in backyard - Scenic North Center Lake views - Backyard patio - Gas fire table with 6 chairs - Grill provided with Propane - Dock, 2 kayaks & life jackets provided in the summer months -Spring/Summer 2025 we will be regrowing grass in an area of the yard. There will be no interruption in the walk to the lake or lake views. However, please excuse any yard mess as we repair. LAUNDRY + CLEANING - Towels are provided for guest use. -Washer and dryer in main bedroom closet, for weekly renters - Rags, cleaning supplies, vacuum, mop and broom -We provide a starter pack of paper towels, garbage bags and toilet paper (which typically is plenty for a 3 day stay!) We have put a lot of thought and detail into our cabin, and shorely you will love it during your stay here in at Shorely Cabin. What a special place! My sister and I were looking for a relaxing getaway and this place did not disappoint. The house is exactly as pictured and the view is even better in person. Lisa was very attentive and made sure we were taken care of. Would definitely return!

We’re going to miss Shorely Cabin! It is even more adorable in person. Our family of five was very comfortable in the cabin. We kayaked, paddle boarded, read and napped on the lounge chairs and made s’mores at the fire ring. The beds were really comfortable and the kitchen and island were fantastic for a few meals. The lake view from the living area and enclosed porch are fantastic. Lisa has thought of everything to make you feel welcomed. We’d recommend visiting the glacier Interstate State park nearby in Wisconsin, The Drive In restaurant in Taylors Falls and Franconia sculpture park. Thank you, Lisa & Steve!

Our stay was fantastic! The home was everything we needed and so cute! Lisa was extremely helpful with answering questions and sharing information about activities and events as well as how to get in touch with a local taxi service. The house is adorable and has many convenient features including ceiling fans in each room, extra comfy blankets, ample lighting and nice window coverings for privacy. We had a great time hanging out and playing games in the home, getting on the water, visiting a few local places (Jakes on the Lake and Winehaven) and taking a walk around the neighborhood. I would highly recommend booking this home!

What a gem. This was a great spot for a family getaway. The cabin was even better than the pictures, kids felt right at home. Lots to do in the area, too. Enjoyed our long weekend and would definitely come back.

Lisa's cabin is exceptional in every way and was exactly what we were looking for. Best location on the lake, lots of water activities, dock, view, and interior with up to date contemporary design. We were also very happy to have the air conditioning to keep us comfortable during the heat wave! Comfortable bedrooms and furnishings. Communication was also exceptional with Lisa as she was easy to contact and she checked in with us every once in a while to see if we needed anything. If you're looking for a perfect place to spend your quintessential Minnesota vacation, this is the place.

This is a beautiful cabin. It is very clean and well stocked. Lisa was very helpful and responsive to our request. The views were amazing! We enjoyed taking the boat out to watch the sunset. We are looking forward to another stay.

My friends and I very much enjoyed our stay here and definitely recommend for small groups or families looking to get away for the weekend, but with the comfort of still being near the city. The cabin itself is absolutely adorable and the hosts were very responsive and made the check-in and the check-out very easy for us. Would definitely come back again!

Charming and cozy décor, breathtaking lake views, and the nicest, most comfortable Airbnb we've ever stayed in. We loved the sunsets, wood fires, watching the geese on the lake, and spotting all the hidden details throughout the home. Lisa was warm, responsive, and made everything feel effortless.
